Vita-Pack protective foam wrapping offers low cost surface protection without scuffing, scratching or sticking to delicate surfaces. It is an ideal protective wrap or interleaving layer with tough tear strength properties.
Due to its unique cellular structure Vita-Pack is both extremely flexible and durable providing excellent insulation and resistance to moisture penetration, protecting contents from moisture damage in humid climates as well as abrasion and impact damage in transit.
The uniform surface of Vita-Pack further guarantees to protect polished surfaces from abrasions, scratching and marking often left by traditional bubble mediums as well as being a cost effective option. The product is available in roll widths of 1 000 mm to 2 000 mm and can also be cut into strips.

Vita-Pack protective foam packing is a composite product that combines the elastic cushioning, flexibility and scratch resistant properties of the Vita-Thene product with the tare resistant, moisture absorbent or moisture resistant properties of LDPE / HDPE substrate laminates.
The “Knurled” pocketed zones created by the HDPE adds strength, eliminates blemishes and ensures scratch free surfaces during transit.
Due to its reduced surface contact area the build up of condensation is prevented, eliminating sweating and resultant tacking.
The product is available in roll widths of 1 500 mm to 2 000 mm and can also be cut into strip.

BONDED CUSHION PADS
Vita-Pack pads are heavy duty laminated foam products which provides excellent padded protection for heavy work and recreational areas. The light weight, flexibility and cushioning property provides impact resistance in low overhead areas of the work place, practice mats in gymnasiums or roll bar covers in motor sport and kiddies play areas.
Available in rolls or can be fabricated to meet customer protection requirements.
