What is Non-woven Spunbond?
Spunbond is a nonwoven fabric made from 100% pure polypropylene. Polypropylene pellets are melted and extruded into fine fibres called ‘filaments’ which in turn are laid and bonded to form spunbond fabric. The process allows for a consistent and endless web of material form giving it its sought-after properties. The unique technology used in its fabrication allows for equal strength in both machine and cross direction of the fabric.
