Vitatex Products

VitaTex expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam products are lightweight and durable. We are able to supply are EPE products in rolls, sheets or extruded profiles.

All bonding for thicker products is done inhouse and we also laminate inhouse.

As with our Nonwoven Spunbond our EPE foam products are used and trusted across a wide spectrum of industries

INNOVATION

VitaTex believes in working alongside our customers in order to continuously adapt, change, develop and improve efficiencies and remain relevant within a rapidly changing market environment. By identifying new opportunities both within the bedding sector and beyond, we have developed a number of raw materials for use in the bedding, furniture, automotive, and agricultural sectors. We have recently made significant innovative enhancements to some of our existing product ranges.

MANUFACTURE

Together with our partners, employees and customers, our products touch the lives of South Africans across almost every industry, from furniture, medical, packaging, agriculture to insulation and automotive industries, and so much more. Our supply chain management is continuously improving to ensure that we have a sizeable inventory of raw materials, enabling us to reasonably mitigate supply chain interruptions, within South Africa and abroad, and maintain production

VitaTex strives to continuously reduce its footprint on the environment by recycling its offcuts, without compromising the quality of its manufactured products.
