The products are lightweight, flexible and has high compression strength. the various extruded profiles are uniquely designed for ease of assembly and can be easily incorporated into products to provide additional features i.e. zoning.
The product is available as cut components suitable to all bedding sizes.

Specifications
- APPLICATIONS – Bed reinforcing, cushioning & insulating.
- WEATHERABILITY – Requires protection against UV degradation if left exposed to sunlight for extended periods.
- TOXICITY – Negligible gasses given off in the event of a fire are non toxic.
- CHEMICAL RESISTANCE – Resistant to most common acids and chemicals.
- WATER ABSORPTION – Minimal, due to closed-cell structure, less than 2%.

- Temperate controlled room with brick inlay.
- Elevated stacking on wooden pallets (away from cold floor).
